SH2-86, which is the nebula with the pillar (worm?) coming out of it. At the end of the worm is the small open cluster NGC6823, and further “up” is a tiny magenta smudge of the reflection nebula NGC6820. SH2-86 doesn’t seem to have a name, so I suggest the “Curious Worm Nebula”
