Downloads of a sample of the original image files:
PixM31.zip A small sample of the original image files that have been “binned” to reduce their size. The original LIGHTS, DARKS and FLATS amount to over 30GBs. This is a subset consisting of:
- 10 Lights
- 5 Flats
- 5 Dark Flats
- 5 Darks
You can use this to practise using WBPP. The stacked image you produce will be based on just 10 Lights and far lower quality than the stacked version contained in Pxfiles.zip, which is based on 292 Lights.
